Withdrawal policy

This policy governs every withdrawal from an InfinitAI account. It matches the Deposit and withdrawal methods page, which lists each method's fees and times in table form. By using the platform you agree to this policy as part of the Terms of Use. It exists so that your money reaches you, and only you, predictably.

1. Introduction and your agreement

Withdrawing funds is your right at any time, subject to the checks described here. This policy explains the available methods, the timelines you can expect, the limits that apply and the small number of situations in which a withdrawal can be delayed or refused. It applies equally to all plans, Basic, Advanced and Premium; priority handling shortens queue position, never verification.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Rupee withdrawals are sent to Indian bank accounts by IMPS or NEFT, whichever you select, with IMPS typically settling the same working day and NEFT within one to three business days. Card withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard, where your issuing bank supports payouts, usually take one to five business days. Digital asset withdrawals in USDT on the TRC-20 network go to a wallet address you control and are typically completed within 24 hours after checks. The full table with fees, all free of platform charges, and times is on the Deposit and withdrawal methods page.

3. Processing times

Each request passes three stages: security checks, processing by the payments team, and settlement by the banking or network rail. Security checks normally finish within hours during business days; the rail-specific time then follows the method's typical settlement. Delays can arise from Indian bank holidays, unusual verification volumes, or an issue specific to your file that we will write to you about. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

4. Fees and charges

InfinitAI charges no platform fee on withdrawals, on any method, at any amount. Third-party costs can still arise: a bank or card issuer may apply its own charge, and digital asset transfers carry network fees that vary with the network itself. Every amount that will leave your account is shown for confirmation before you submit a request, so nothing is deducted silently afterwards.

5. Limits

The minimum withdrawal is ₹2,000 for bank transfers and the equivalent for other rails; there is no fixed maximum, but amounts above the standard daily ceiling trigger an enhanced review, which may add one business day. New accounts have a conservative ceiling for the first 30 days that rises as the account builds history. Your personal manager can state the exact current limits for your account at any time, and planned large withdrawals are best announced a day ahead.

6. KYC and AML checks

Withdrawals are paid only to destinations that match your verified identity: an Indian bank account or card in your own name, or a wallet confirmed through our validation procedure. If identity verification has lapsed, it must be completed before a payout. In the situations defined in our AML / KYC policy, additional documentation may be requested before funds are released; this is a legal obligation, not a judgement about you.

7. Why a withdrawal can be delayed or refused

A request can be held when the payout details do not match your verified identity, when a submitted document is expired or unreadable, when an AML review is open on the account, when the account shows signs of unauthorised access, or when a technical or regulatory restriction affects the chosen rail. A refusal, as opposed to a delay, is possible where funds are connected to proven fraud or where releasing them would breach a legal obligation. In every case you receive a written explanation of the specific reason and what would resolve it.

8. Your responsibilities

Check every digit before confirming: account number, IFSC, card details or wallet address. Rupee rail details are validated automatically, but a wrong-yet-valid account can only be recovered with the receiving bank's cooperation. Keep your registered email current, since approvals and alerts go there, and never share one-time codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from InfinitAI. Update payout details only from your own authenticated account.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A pending request can be cancelled or edited from the dashboard while its status is still "pending review", and the funds return to your balance immediately. Once a request has entered processing on the banking or network rail it can no longer be modified, exactly as a submitted bank transfer cannot be recalled by phone. If you notice an error at that stage, write to [email protected] the same hour.

10. Support

Questions about a specific withdrawal go to [email protected] with the request reference, or to your personal manager, who sees the same status you do. First replies normally arrive within one business hour during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST (excluding public holidays), and payment escalations are handled by the payments team with a same-day status answer during business days.

11. Updates to this policy

This policy can be updated to reflect changes in payment rails, Indian regulatory expectations or our internal controls. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date, and material changes are announced in advance to registered users by email. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version; if a change is unacceptable, the correct response is to withdraw your funds and close the account, which remains possible at any time.
