Fraud warning: verify before you trust

Our company takes every piece of information and every suspicion connected with fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This creates confusion and spreads incorrect information about our company and its services. This page exists so you can tell the real InfinitAI from an imitation in under a minute, and so you know exactly what to do when something feels wrong.

Why we publish this warning

Fraudsters imitate established financial brands because it is cheaper than building trust of their own. A convincing website, a copied logo and a phone script borrowed from a real company's onboarding flow are enough to separate careless victims from their savings. The pattern is well known across India: a cloned brand, a WhatsApp or Telegram group with screenshots of profits, a small "test withdrawal" that works, and then a larger deposit that vanishes together with the "account manager". Publishing this page is our contribution to breaking that script at the first step.

Clone companies

Clone firms copy a real company's name, logo and regulatory wording, sometimes with a one-letter difference in the domain or the brand. If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, do not share any personal information with it, break off the contact, and notify us immediately at [email protected] with the website address, phone numbers and any messages you received. We continuously work to identify clone operations and pursue takedowns, but we underline honestly that some clones remain undetected for a period of time, and new ones appear as old ones are closed.

How to recognise the real InfinitAI

Our only domain

This site is served only from infinitai-app.com. Our email always ends in @infinitai-app.com. Any other domain, app store listing or social profile claiming to be us is not us.

Money moves through verified rails

Deposits go to an account in the name of the platform's operating entity, reached through the methods on the Deposit and withdrawal methods page. We never ask you to send money to a personal bank account, a UPI ID of an individual or a "manager's" wallet.

We never ask for your secrets

No genuine InfinitAI staff member will ever ask for your password, a one-time code, an API key with withdrawal rights, or remote access to your phone or computer. A request for any of these is fraud by definition.

No promises of sure profit

Trading involves real risk, and we say so on every page. Anyone guaranteeing daily returns, "risk-free arbitrage" or profits locked in advance in our name is lying, and the lie is the product.

If you have already shared something

If you have shared personal details, documents or money with a suspected clone: act in the first hour, it matters. Change the password of the email account you used, and any account where you reused it. Inform your bank or UPI app immediately with the transaction reference and request a hold or recall where possible. File a complaint with the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) or the cybercrime helpline 1930, which India operates for exactly this situation. Then write to us with everything you have, so we can warn other users and support the takedown.

We are aware of cases where our name and likeness have been misused for fraudulent purposes that we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by everyone affected by such schemes, our company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by third parties. The single most effective protection is the habit this page asks of you: before acting on any unexpected message, call or site, verify it through one channel you chose yourself, our official email on this domain. Customers should always verify the legitimacy of any company they interact with online before sharing personal data or beginning any business relationship.
