1. Use of the website and services

You may use this website and open an account if you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter contracts. The platform provides technology and information related to AI-assisted market analysis; registration creates a user account with InfinitAI, while transactions are executed through licensed entities and regulated banking and payment partners. You agree to use the services lawfully, to keep your credentials confidential and to accept responsibility for activity under your account.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to the platform without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data; interfere with the platform's operation through automated scraping beyond what a normal browser does; or use the services where their provision is prohibited. Circumventing security controls, sharing one account between several people, or operating an account for an undisclosed third party are also outside these terms.

3. Marketing materials and newsletters

By registering you consent to receive transactional messages about your account, which cannot be switched off while the account is open. Service newsletters and market updates are sent only with your separate consent, withdrawable at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected]. Every marketing message identifies the sender honestly and never misrepresents risk.

4. Intellectual property

The InfinitAI name, logo, website design, texts, graphics and the software behind the platform are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for its intended purpose; no ownership transfers to you. Trademarks of third parties mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Screenshots for personal records are fine; republication requires written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential information received from the other out of public circulation. Yours includes the contents of our communications about your account; ours includes technical, commercial and security details not published on the site. This duty survives account closure, and does not prevent disclosure required by law or a competent regulator.

6. Links to third parties

The site links to third-party services such as payment partners and public regulatory resources. Those links are provided for convenience; we do not control the destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms. Treat any link claiming to be InfinitAI that does not lead to this domain with suspicion, and see the Fraud warning page.

7. Prohibited use

It is expressly prohibited to use the platform to violate any applicable law; to launder or disguise the origin of funds; to infringe intellectual property rights; to transmit malware, spam or unsolicited bulk communication; to attack the infrastructure through denial-of-service, automated intrusion or unauthorised vulnerability scanning; or to harass, defraud or deceive other users or our staff. Breaches lead to immediate suspension and, where the law requires, reporting to the authorities; tainted funds are subject to freeze pending investigation.

8. Support

Support is provided by the Client Support & Compliance team at [email protected] during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST (excluding public holidays), with typical first replies within one business hour. Registered users additionally receive a personal manager for onboarding and account questions. Support can help with the platform, payments, documents and complaints; it will never ask for your password or one-time codes, and any "support" contact that does is fraudulent.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and systems running, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free software, or that analysis, including AI-generated analysis, will be correct, complete or profitable. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Market information may be delayed or incomplete, and figures shown in illustrations are examples, not forecasts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinitAI's aggregate liability for claims connected to the platform is limited to the fees actually paid by you to the platform in the three months preceding the claim, which in most periods means a nominal amount since platform fees are zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or missed opportunities, since trading outcomes depend on markets we do not control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death caused by negligence. Trading risk itself is described in the Risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

11. Indemnity and other provisions

You agree to indemnify InfinitAI against losses arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the platform. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by the closest lawful equivalent. These terms are the entire agreement regarding the platform and prevail over prior communications.

Changes and effective date. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version is always published on this page, and material changes are announced in advance by email to registered users. An updated version takes effect on publication. Continuing to use the platform after that date means acceptance; if you do not accept, withdraw your funds and close your account before the effective date, which remains possible at any time. Governing law follows the applicable law of India, and disputes fall to the competent Indian forums after the complaints procedure has been given its chance.
